The White Room Sessions
Welcome to the White Room! These 15 - 45 minute sessions are one on one workouts with one of our fabulous Perspirology-certified instructors. Each workout has a different focus, but they all have two goals in mind: 1) To give you a QUICK/targeted workout. 2) To help you better understand the Perspirology method, which will enable you to get the most out of our filmed studio classes.
