Hello,
Have you all entertained the idea of adding a Bosu class to your method? Would be very interested in this. Also, love to see more interval in Bounce classes for those beginners that do not have cardio endurance. Thanks for all you do.

Hi there!
Thank you so much for reaching out! The Bounce Express classes might be a good fit, since they normally only have between 15 - 25 minutes of trampoline cardio. You may also like the "Bounce Barre" videos. (These can be found in our LAB section.) We are always looking for new content to film, so perhaps we can film something that incorporates something with a little more "interval" type of trampoline training. As far as the Bosu goes, we typically don't use these at the studio, but we will definitely consider that as an option in the future. Thanks again for reaching out!

Newbie home subscriber here! No trampoline :( What newbie classes would you recommend for my first week? I would like to do one class each morning before work.
Hi there! So glad you are streaming with us AT HOME! No trampoline? No problem! Definitely check out these few sections: Full Body Sculpt, Toning Express, Mix and Match, and a few of the White Room Sessions (the ones without the trampoline.)
IF you want to work in a little of the dance cardio, Fundamentals and Express are two excellent categories that have about 15-20 minutes of cardio, and then the remainder of the workouts are toning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you again for working out with us AT HOME:-)
